Refund Policy & Process

📋 Eligibility Requirements:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date
• Product must be at least 50% full (we want you to actually try it!)
• Original proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) required
• One refund per customer/household

📧 How to Request a Refund:

Step 1: Email us at [your-email@company.com] with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
• Photo of the product (if opened)

Step 2: Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with return instructions

Step 3: Ship the product back to the address provided (customer covers return shipping)

Step 4: Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Refunds will be issued for the product cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
• Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account after processing
• Damaged or empty bottles are not eligible for refund
